Zero Evoke is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. What we collect, our lawful bases, our processors, retention periods, international transfers and your rights under the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority — are set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Where we process personal data on your behalf under a signed engagement, we act as processor and that processing is governed by the data processing agreement in the contract, not by this page.
